While servant leadership has its place, JC believes a more powerful phrase is "Empowering Leadership." While servant leader revolves around the leader, empowering leadership revolves around the team members and organization. 

In this keynote, "Hacking The Empowering Leader," JC will lead your organization through the traits and habits of the empowering leader. What separates the empowering leader from the servant leader - and most other leaders - is the idea of giving away power. Yet, giving away power is hard.
